Anna Silk

Anna Silk (born January 31 1974) is a Canadian actor most famously known for her part as Bo from the Showcase TV show Lost Girl. Silk is an actress from Canada born in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Ilkay is the producer and director of drama at St. Thomas University, is Silk's mother. Silk's father Peter who was an academic, worked at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is able to recall her earliest memories of life, including watching and participating in rehearsals of plays. Silk appeared as a little girl in commercials. She was a graduate of St. Thomas University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas was engaged in two of the early stage productions, including Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999). Silk moved to Toronto, Canada in November of 1999, to keep acting. Then she moved into Los Angeles California during the next decade. Seth Cooperman was her future partner when she began to meet him in 2007 during an acting workshop located in Los Angeles. The couple was married civilly in December 2009. The couple renewed their vows on April 10, 2011, in Fredericton following the time that Silk changed her religion to Judaism. Silk had a child who was named Samuel Jerome Cooperman on May 13 2013. Levi Aaron was her second born baby on May 13, the 13th of May, 2016. Silk was also nominated in 2009 for the Gemini Awards in her role as Cassidy Holland. Her most notable role was in the role of Bo Dennis, a succubus and a succubus as Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Silk was pregnant during shooting the final season of the third series. She announced the pregnancy to the viewers in the Showcase Season Three pre-show special that aired on the 6th of January, 2013. Silk is doing work on the show since the third season finale episode was first conceived on January 6, 2013 on Twitter, announced her intention to return the 4th of June 2013 when Showcase and Prodigy Pictures began production on fourth season.
