Erica Cerra, born October 31st 1979 in Vancouver British Columbia, is a Canadian actress best known for portraying her role as Deputy Jo Lupo in the Syfy series Eureka. Cerra is born of Italian origin and was born in Vancouver in British Columbia. At the age 8 Cerra has been fascinated by her talent for acting. She appeared in countless commercials while a young child. An absence out of the business for some time before she resumed in 2001 as an 22-year-old. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine named her one of Vancouver's top five young actresses of 2005. Cerra is a co-star as Jo Lupo in Eureka. The Syfy show aired by Syfy between 2006 and 2012. Cerra also starred on the Michael Buble video Save the Last Dance for Me in the year 2006. Cerra is credited with the lead roles in a variety of highly acclaimed and critically-acclaimed TV shows including Battlestar Galactica and The L Word. Film credits include Blade:Trinity which starred Wesley Snipes and Ben Affleck as well as Man About Town. Cerras's body and face were used as models for characters like Ashley Williams for the Mass Effect series of video games. Her other guest-starring roles include appearances on Smallville The 4400 The Dead Zone Reaper Huff and Dead Like Me. Other credits include she's appeared in the Canadian crime-drama Cold Squad as well as in Special Unit 2 as well the horror thriller The Collector. Cerra married Raffaele Fiore in November 2010.
I'm the middle kid so I got to steal clothes from both my sisters closets Khondabi wrote noting she married her high school sweetheart Joey Scribner Howard who works as a mechanical engineer for the power utility sector. Khondabi wrote that she along with Joey were the best of friends at Greenwood Christian School for years prior to dating during their senior year in high school. Howard completed his studies at Dutch Fork High School in Irmo However, Khondabi and he stayed friends. The two began dating. Khondabi was a 2007 graduate from Emerald High School and a 2011 graduate from the University of South Carolina with an undergraduate degree in broadcast journalism. She has studied sports management as well as entertainment. Joey is also a graduate of USC. Liam the dog is their fur baby. Khondabi said she and Joey are foodies and one among her favourite foods she has eaten from the comfort of her home is onion rings from the Dixie Drive-In. Khondabi said, "I'm a very curious person." When I was in elementary school, I used to give educational talks that would air on our school news program and I would be the anchor for school news headlines on a daily basis. The news program we had in Oakland Elementary was called WOAK. Khondabi told us that, following her graduation from the college and moved to Augusta Georgia, WAGT was her first TV news job. Khondabi said she was as a television reporter for about six years. Following Augusta I was a morning anchor in Charleston West Virginia at WOWK before moving to Columbus Ohio as traffic anchor as well as a morning news host on Columbus Ohio's regional ABC and FOX affiliates.
